To be eligible for the CSUV program, you must be accepted by a designated Canadian Business Incubator in order to secure a commitment, a Letter of Support, on your path to qualifying for Permanent Residency.

QUALIFYING PROJECTS
The CSUV program invites immigrant entrepreneurs who wish to start a business in Canada in a wide variety of fields including:

Communications / Media / Health
Energy / Retail / Manufacturing
THREE FUNDAMENTAL CRITERIA
When applying to this program, whatever your business idea and regardless of the sector, it needs to satisfy 3 fundamental criteria:
That your business idea is truly innovative
That your idea can generate employment opportunities for Canadians
That your idea has export potential
STANDARD REQUIREMENTS
Beyond these 3 criteria are standard CSUV eligibility requirements that need to be met:
All Canadian Immigration Eligibility criteria must be met before acceptance into the SUV program.
Applicant gives permission to conduct due diligence on your personal, business, educational and financial background.
Applicant is willing to live and work in Canada.
Applicants are able to support themselves and family for one year in Canada.
Applicant can meet or exceed minimum language requirements in either English or French (CBL 5).
Applicants need to pass a criminal background check.
A maximum of 5 applicants can apply as owners of a Start-Up provided each hold’s 10% or more of the voting rights.
We accompany you through every step you might need with our extensive range of services (detailed below) to ensure that you can move smoothly through the entire CSUV program; from qualifying for acceptance by a designated Incubator, through the full incubation period, and for the entire application process for Permanent Residency.
